Bold, authentic, and globally inspired flavors

Part of my venture here - Quest For Fire is about finding yourself, connecting to great times and recreating them, because it's easy to forget, we get caught up in work and we lose sight of what's important - our family, and our well being.

If your son or daughter plays baseball and you have a chance to visit Cooperstown, do it - don't hesitate - just plan it and go for it.

I grew up in New York City and had visited Upstate NY several times, but this was my first time in Cooperstown.  The kids stay in bunkers with the coaches and they have an amazing time bonding as a team.  My wife and stayed at a nearby hotel and games were daily and because it rained often and all games must take place, the delayed games take place at 1am - yes 1am or later.  The kids were excited and as a parent you're up anyway.  The memories are amazing - my son had a great time and hit a couple of homers and one was a grand slam so he gets his name added to the Cooperstown HOF.

In addition to the magic of baseball games, the food scene in Cooperstown is amazing - while the kids were practicing my wife and I checked out the food scene and again, amazing.
