ROATÁN™ is a bold finishing salt inspired by the vibrant flavors and deep island soul of Roatán, Honduras. Crafted with Bahía San Lorenzo sea salt, this gourmet salt blend captures the warmth of the Caribbean and the rustic intensity of Latin fire cooking. It’s savory, smoky, and layered—built for cooks who want bold flavor without overpowering heat.
This blend brings together chipotle chili flakes, bourbon-infused coarse pepper, roasted garlic, onion, coriander, oregano, and citrus notes from dried lemon peel. Smoked paprika adds warmth and color, while a touch of cane sugar balances the smoke and spice, creating a rich, well-rounded seasoning that finishes clean and aromatic.

So here is the story behind this sea salt blend. As I’ve mentioned in other products, I was born in Honduras, and of course I had to use sea salt from Bahía San Lorenzo, Honduras to create a blend that pays homage to my home.
