This year (2025), I fell deep into the world of bourbon and whiskey—and what a journey it has been. What started as curiosity has quickly become a full-fledged passion. I’ve begun building a collection that spans unique and rare bourbons, small-batch craft whiskeys, and iconic bottles that every enthusiast dreams of owning.

That love for bourbon didn’t stop at the glass. It inspired me to create my own bourbon-infused ingredients—peppercorns, smoked sea salts, and a fiery lineup of chili peppers including habaneros, chiles de árbol, and chipotle. I’ve also built remarkable partnerships with Bourbon Barrel Foods and Pappy & Co., allowing me to explore even deeper into the craft, flavor, and culture of American whiskey.
