My happy place has always been the Sierra Nevadas—from Lone Pine to Bishop, Mammoth Mountain, and of course the June Lake Loop in the Inyo National Forest. That’s why I created 395 CHILI CO., a sub-brand under Quest For Fire, inspired by the spirit of adventure along Highway 395. Our products range from artisan sea salts and bold hot sauces to dry rubs, signature sea salt blends and merch—everything you need to elevate your meals whether you’re grilling at camp, cooking in a cabin, or enjoying the outdoors.

The legendary Highway 395 stretches from the Mojave Desert all the way to Oregon, weaving through some of the most breathtaking landscapes—lakes, streams, camping spots, hiking trails, and mountain views you’ll never forget. My personal goal is to see 395 CHILI CO. products on shelves at local stores all along the 395 corridor, so visitors can take home a taste of the adventure.
