My Yellowstone Salt Blendis inspired by open flames, cast-iron skillets, and the untamed spirit of the American West.Yellowstone Salt™is my signature cowboy-style sea salt blend, built for rugged flavor and bold cooking. Crafted with mesquite-smoked sea salt, it delivers a true campfire backbone, with bourbon-infused crushed peppercorns and habanero, chipotle and chile de árbol chili peppers add warm spice, oak sweetness, and frontier swagger.

My happy place has always been the Sierra Nevadas—from Lone Pine to Bishop, Mammoth Mountain, and of course the June Lake Loop in the Inyo National Forest. That’s why I created 395 CHILI CO., a sub-brand under Quest For Fire, inspired by the spirit of adventure along Highway 395. My products range from artisan sea salts and bold hot sauces to dry rubs, signature sea salt blends and merch—everything you need to elevate your meals whether you’re grilling at camp, cooking in a cabin, or enjoying the outdoors.

My hot sauces, dry rubs, sea salts, salt blends, and spices are inspired by my travels around the world—gathering flavors from the street markets of Indonesia, the spice bazaars of India, the bustling food stalls of Malaysia, China and Singapore, and the rich culinary heritage of Mexico, Italy, England, France, and Costa Rica. My journey also includes the soulful kitchens here at home in the United States. I grew up in Washington Heights, NYC, went to school in Providence, and later discovered Laguna Niguel, which eventually led me to Los Angeles—and I’ve visited nearly every state.
